Ask Those Questions – You Will Get Answers

I had a dilemma this morning, I was being pulled two ways. Internal conflict they call it. It upset my whole morning so really that should have answered my query ‘don’t do it’. When you make a decision you are supposed to follow your heart and listen to your body. If you feel excited then you go for it but if you feel ‘scared’ ‘anxious’ - which was what my body was telling me – I should have known – but for some reason I needed help. So I did what I tell my clients to do, I put the question out there.
